I am a yogini full of joy, humility and gratitude and have grown up with yoga since I was a child.
I teach yoga the way it touches me, fills me, inspires me and has shaped me from the beginning:
always with music, preferably dynamic, in flow, with enough time in each asana (body position) so that it has its effect on all three levels - mind, body and spirit - can
unfold.
I love being creative and combining many styles, letting them flow into one another and creating completely new things.
My roots lie in KUNDALINI yoga, because the spiritual aspect of every asana. The many sensual perceptions and experiences of the foremother of yoga captivated me as a child - due to my family - and at the same time drew me into her teachings.
I completed my first Kundalini Yoga TT training Level 1 (250 hours) in 1992 in the USA at Golden Bridge Yoga / Gurmukh in LA, followed by Level 2 (250 hours) in 1995 and 1998 (10 day special program) at KRI/ NM.
Further Yoga TT followed; style of Hatha (200+), Vinyasa (200+), Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra (200+), Hormonyoga (120+) and SUP Yoga... from this wealth of knowledge and my rich life experience I gained through extensive travelling and long stays in different countries and, above all, from all my wonderful encounters with countless wonderful spirits all over the world.
From all this I weave synergies and create symbioses together with the energies of all participants in my classes, women circle and yoga events.It always makes me absolutely happy and grateful that I can fully express my creativity and spirituality through yoga and that I am always brought together with new, wonderful and likeminded spirits on my lifelong yoga path.
